How we work

We take a people-centered, anti-oppressive approach grounded in equity, cultural safety, and gender affirmation. We work to ensure dignity, respect, and inclusion are present in every interaction, while actively challenging systems of harm and exclusion. Our practice is rooted in restorative approaches that prioritize healing, accountability, and meaningful relationship-building. We focus on addressing real, lived experiences and complex human challenges through responsive, collaborative, and community-informed support.

How we work with others

We believe meaningful change happens through collaboration, shared responsibility, and strong relational practice. We work alongside communities, organizations, and partners in a spirit of trust, transparency, and mutual respect. Our approach is highly collaborative and team-based, drawing on diverse strengths, lived experience, and professional expertise to co-create practical and sustainable solutions.

We prioritize partnership over hierarchy, and dialogue over direction, ensuring that the voices of those most impacted are centered in decision-making processes. Through ongoing engagement, co-design, and knowledge-sharing, we support collective capacity-building and long-term relationship development that extends beyond individual projects or services.
